Our History
Founded by three Haitian American Lawyers practicing in Atlanta Metro, Georgia, who felt that the Haitian Diaspora in Georgia needed a voice, representation, and education. This organization was discussed over several years and was birthed during the 2020 Pandemic.
Our Mission
HALAGA is committed to the social, economic and educational advancement of Haitian and Haitian-American attorneys, law students, and community members. To that end, we work collaboratively with other specialty, county, state, and national bar associations to promote the administration of justice and the social, professional, and educational advancement of the Haitian-American community.
